WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Event consultation, bartender(s), set-up & tear down, ice, cups, straws, mixers & juices, self-serve water station, bar equipment, and 30 miles of travel from zip code 94550
IS ALCOHOL INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES?
We are a “dry hire” bar which means legally we cannot sell you alcohol but our bartenders can serve it for you. During our consultation we provide recommendations for quantity and location based on your event needs. We will then set up an online order for you to purchase the alcohol and we can pick up the product and bring it to the event for you.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH ALCOHOL I NEED FOR MY EVENT?
We will be with you every step of the way in figuring out which drinks and what quantity are the right fit for your event. We’ll help you make the order and can have the alcohol delivered to your event.
CAN YOU SERVICE A NON-ALCOHOLIC EVENT?
Yes! We are happy to provide service for any type of event and provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from sodas, iced-teas, coffee, mocktails, and more.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
Little Darlin’ is based in Livermore, CA. We travel all over the Bay, and we love road trips! Included in the package is any venue within 30 miles of ZIP Code: 94550. Additional mileage is charged at $2 per mile.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR TRAILER?
6 ft wide x 7 ft tall x 10 ft. length
WHO ARE YOUR BARTENDERS?
Our bartenders believe in fun over fancy and love to connect. If you know one of our bartenders and request that they tend your party, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it work.
HOW CAN YOU HELP US PLAN A DRINK MENU FOR OUR EVENT?
During our consultation we will discuss your particular needs and tastes. You will have options to choose from our list of specialty cocktails and our recommended selection of beer, wine, and champagne. If you are hoping for a certain flavor, color, or flair, we can make adjustments in order for you to have the beverage you love!
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY?
We require a 50% deposit to book your reservation. The remaining balance is due the day of your event. Reservations are fully refundable up to 30 days before an event.
WHAT DOES LITTLE DARLIN’ REQUIRE FOR SET UP?
We need flat ground for trailer setup and service, access to drive in or back in for set-up and break down. Depending on drinks and service (twinkle lights or blended drinks) we may need access to electricity.
